For Hire: If you’re hiring a jetski for free riding, a valid licence will be required. Our team will walk you through all the details to ensure a safe and fun experience.

How old do I need to be to rent or drive a jet ski?
To drive a jet ski solo, you must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid jet ski licence.
Don’t have a licence? No worries! You can still enjoy the ride by booking a guided tour—no licence required!

How many people can ride on a jet ski?
Most jet skis fit 1 to 3 passengers, but for comfort and safety, we recommend 2 riders per jet ski.

What if the weather affects my jet ski hire booking?
No stress! If weather conditions pose a safety risk, we’ll assess the situation on the morning of your booking and reschedule as needed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my jet ski hire on the Gold Coast?
Don’t worry! You can reschedule your booking once for free as long as it’s at least 14 days in advance. However, if you need to cancel for any reason other than those initiated by us, the payment will be non-refundable.
