Tour durations vary depending on your adventure:

• BBQ Boat Hire – Full Day ($590): 8 hours of cruising for up to 11 people. 9 am to 5 pm No licence needed!
• BBQ Boat Hire – Half Day ($400): 4 hours of cruising for up to 11 people. No licence needed!
• Private Jet Ski Tours ($200/hr): 1 hour of adrenaline-pumping jet ski action. Fuel included.
• Full-Day Ultimate Package ($1900): 8-hour luxury BBQ pontoon hire + 4 hours of jet ski fun. Food included!

Note: Due to safety regulations all our boats must be returned by 5pm - A late start unfortunately doesn't mean a late finish!

Booking a day or two ahead is best, but last-minute bookings are welcome based on availability. Give us a call, and we’ll do our best to fit you in!

School holidays and Christmas are our busiest time and these may need to be booked weeks in advance so book today!

Finding us is easy! We have three accessible meeting points on the Gold Coast:

📍 Cavill Avenue Pontoon – Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise

📍 Proud Park Pontoon – Proud Park, Main Beach

For all hires and tours, we recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and plenty of water. 

If you're hiring a pontoon, you can pack your food and drinks for the ultimate day out on the water! For jetski rides, wear swimwear or active gear that you don’t mind getting wet.

Our luxury BBQ pontoons can carry up to 11 passengers, perfect for groups, family outings, or a day of fun on the water.

• For Tours: No. We give you a safety briefing and you will be required to complete a written test in English. A practice ride will be given before commencing the tour. We cater for beginners to advanced riders we are confident that with our guides vast knowledge and experience we can get anyone jet skiing!

• For Hire: If you’re hiring a jetski for free riding, a valid licence will be required. Our team will walk you through all the details to ensure a safe and fun experience.

To drive a jet ski solo, you must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid jet ski licence. Don’t have a licence? No worries! You can still enjoy the ride by booking a guided tour—no licence required! 

We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe for secure transactions. Cash payments are also accepted upon arrival.

You can reschedule your booking once for free with at least 14 days' notice. However, cancellations for any reason other than those initiated by us will result in a loss of monies paid.

If the weather poses a safety risk, we’ll assess conditions on the morning of your booking and reschedule if necessary.

Yes! You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 14 days' notice. If you need to change your date closer to your booking, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

12 years old with an adult accompanying them.

16 years can drive solo, and an adult 18yr+ must sign the waiver and release before safari commences.

We have a minimum height required of 125cm and we find this to be approximately 7 years old. It is not safe for persons under this height. You are welcome to test our jetski in front of the shop prior to booking. The passenger must sit on the back seat and their feet must reach the footwells to ensure a secure hold whilst riding on the jetski.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check in.

All safety inductions start prompt at the scheduled times and cannot be delayed, late arrivals will result in loss of booking.

Allow an extra 45mins-1hr on top of your tour time to allow for test rides, safety briefing, island time etc. as this is not included in your jet skiing time!

(Example of timing for your tour) Your 1 hour safari schedule is at 09.00am please aim to arrive no later than 08.30am. The safety induction will start at 09.00am, you will then have a practice ride and start your tour. You should be finished by 11am. We do our very best to run to a strict schedule however timings are always approximate due to group numbers or conditions.

We do not recommend customers with back, neck or joint injuries to participate in jet skiing. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski. If you are unsure of health restrictions that may affect you please call our office and talk to the team.
